RenovationLet’s build your project from A to Z

Sketch of the project Forest

From the design of your project to site supervision, I support you throughout your interior renovation project alongside skilled professionals.

Sketch of the project Pimp My Kitchen

The sketch

The Sketch is the first stage of the work. The beginnings, the first rough ideas based on what we have discussed and what I have been able to grasp, notice and observe. It is a very important phase: it takes a great deal of observation and immersion, learning to discern your world, paying attention to the energy of the place and to the details.

We take care to create a visual identity of your own and to keep that common thread running through every room of your home, throughout the project, whatever we end up designing.

You will receive

Outline plans
Moodboards and inspiration worlds
Initial layout ideas
3D massing models
Mood perspectives
Selection of materials and colours
Lighting and furniture ideas

The project

Once the ideas are established, we move on to shaping and defining the project.

This is the time to put down on paper, more precisely, everything we have discussed so far. Drawing up plans, first quotes.

You will receive

Final plans and layout
3D of the space
Colour and material references
Specifications covering the various work packages
Tender documents
Contractors’ quotes
Provisional schedule
List of main materials and supplies
