Holy Bagels

Holy Bagels is one of the commercial projects in Ve Atelier’s portfolio.

The project is part of the story of a Brussels brand born in 2015 around a food bike, before the opening of a first permanent café near Avenue Louise and then a second address in the European Quarter. The brand context is already strong: bagels shaped on site, speciality coffee and a desire to create a welcoming place.

Translating a brand identity into a place

The gallery shows an interior where painted brick, wood, seafoam green and an orange wall create an instantly recognisable atmosphere. The place remains simple and legible: small table, bench, counter, seating and greenery support the everyday use of a coffee shop.

The point is not to add literal branding everywhere, but to give the place a tone consistent with the experience the brand is seeking.

From food bike to café

Moving from a mobile service on the streets of Brussels to a permanent venue means turning a brand world into a spatial experience: welcoming, ordering, sitting down, moving around and staying. This page presents a Ve Atelier project for Holy Bagels, without detailing the exact list of contractual deliverables.
